Mr. Nerenberg practices in the areas of commercial real estate, finance and corporate law, as well as general business law, with an emphasis on the representation of national real estate developers, property owners and retail, restaurant and office tenants in the acquisition, development, construction, leasing, management and disposition of retail, office and mixed-use projects throughout the nation. Mr. Nerenberg also practices in the area of commercial finance and represents financial institutions and business associations in the areas of real estate and other asset-based lending, loan negotiations, work-outs and foreclosures. Mr. Nerenberg also represents start-up businesses and other entrepreneurial-minded clients throughout the corporate life cycle.
