Mr. Sladek's practice focuses on the development, leasing, financing and sale of commercial properties. Mr. Sladek has advised clients in connection with the acquisition and development of millions of square feet of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use projects throughout the United States. Mr. Sladek also has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of retail, office and industrial leases, and has extensive experience in all types of real estate related financing transactions, including acquisition and development financing, construction financing, mezzanine loans, and CMBS loans.
